The History
The videos started as an idea and project by James "BigJim" Wyatt. And looked to be a rushed mess of videos that had little to do with fishing and what fish were present were either unimpressive or not filmed well. Yet these videos were released to the public and received much criticism. One thing that did happen from the creation and releasing of these videos was a refining of editing abilities, and learning what was wanted by the public.
The Crew
Starting out as BigJim, E.N., and Jonny Poopoopants the TripleDub Outdoors team or as they were known at the time "Team Western Washington Waters" went through name changes, member changes, and team name changes. E.N. would become known as Earl, as this moniker was given and stuck. Jonny Poopoopants later became Jonny Wadd, then Random Ass Italian Okie or R.A.I.O. after BigJim decided it was fitting to his random hobbies, Italian heritage, and sometimes okie look and finally he became known as AngryJonny.
Later the Team would lose the "Western Washington Waters" for a shortened "TripleDub" or "3Dub" which stood for the three W or "dubya" initials in the original name. Eventually the team was dropped for TripleDub Outdoors, and members would join including Rae, and El Chicano. Rae would make quite a few appearances, while El Chicano made only one appearance before the new videos began.
